It is really important to have your prescription correctly submitted to us and therefore please do read the following instructions carefully.
Please leave the options of any part as No Prescription or None unless it appears on your prescription.
The prescription details you need to fill out:
Sphere (SPH): the amount of long (+) or short (-) sight your eye has. The farther the number away from 0.00, the stronger and thinner then prescription lens required. Thus, for SPH higher than +6.00 or lower than -6.00 please choose prescription lens 1.61 or 1.67.
Cylinder (CYL): the amount of astigmatism, or visual distortion, caused by an irregularly shaped cornea. For CYL higher than +3.00 or lower than -3.00, we will charge for extra cost as personalization are needed before making the original lenses, which may take additional 3-5 days.
AXIS: the direction of the astigmatism, measured in degrees.
Near/Add: the amount of additional correction needed to focus at close distances.
Pupillary Distance (PD): the distance between the middle of the pupil of your eyes, measured in millimeters. If this does not appear in your prescription, you can measure it by your self or ask someone to measure it for you. As a guide, an average PD can vary from
