Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by calling customer service. Once our warehouses have scanned an order, items cannot be added or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.

Why does one item always remain in my shopping cart?

Shopping cart problems normally occur from one or several of the following reasons:
1. Cookies not enabled
2. The master clock on the computer is not set correctly
3. The terminal you are using is behind a firewall.
4. The item you are trying to purchase is sold out, or there is a lesser quantity than you wish to purchase.
5. You are using a browser less than Internet Explorer 5.1.
6. Some people have trouble when using any Netscape browser.
If all else fails, try closing all programs, restart your computer or even try from a different computer.

Membership Benefits

You can become one of ours members by registering with us, which enable you to collecting your points when your are shooping. The points you collected can be used as deduction of your total shopping amount or exchange for surprise gifts. You normally can obtain 1 point for every 1 Pound consumed.

Our membership are consists of five levels, they are Standard, Silver, Premium, Golden and VIP. Every member start with Standard membership as soon as registeration completed and your membership level upgrates to a higher level when your points excceed 80, 120, 260 and 500. We give different discounts for each level of membership and the higher your level is , the higher discount you get. The discount are 0%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15% for the five corresponding membership level.
